Sydney property over the first half of 2016 has performed strongly abate at a slower growth rate than in 2015. As we called it previously, the market frenzy peaked in the September quarter of 2015. We close this year as one of the most memorable, with dramatic rises and rapid cooling toward the end of 2015. In Sydney, home values jumped 42 percent over the last three years.
